From there Capt. Jim went on to Maritime Academy where he obtained his United States Coast Guard Unlimited Tonnage 3rd mates license and a Bachelors degree in Marine Transportation, with a minor in international business. Capt. Jim has traveled over 20 countries in Europe and has traveled across the Atlantic Ocean many times on Merchant ships.
Capt Jim has owned and operated his own charter boats since he was 21 yrs old. Having some impressive shark tournament victories the last five years under his belt including Star Island, Montauk Marine Basin and Noreast's Big Dog to name a few, Capt Jim knows his way around the deep water as well.
